What counts as an event?

Any single POST to /api/ingest. Whether it's a waste movement, an invoice paid, or a machine reading — each POST is one event.

What happens when I hit my limit?

Lucy will return a 429 response and tell you to upgrade. Existing data is preserved, you just can't ingest new events until the next month or you upgrade.

Can I change plans?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time through the billing settings. Changes take effect immediately.

Is my data isolated from other customers?

Absolutely. Row-level security in Supabase ensures complete data isolation between organisations.
