What's the difference between standard and premium connectors?
Standard connectors include direct webhooks and Excel/CSV uploads. Premium connectors add Zapier, n8n, Make, Power Automate, and third-party platform integrations - for fully automated live sync.
What are active automation rules?
An active automation is a rule that's switched on and listening. Foundation allows 5 on at once - you can have more rules, just not all active simultaneously. Growth and Scale have no limit.
Does data retention affect my client records?
No. Retention only applies to raw analytics events (things sent via /api/ingest). Your client profiles, invoices, projects, and bookings are stored indefinitely on all plans.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes - upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
